Lots of bits and pieces for Miss G to put together for you tonight, so let's bang out some blog!
You'll have 2 chances to catch Miss G this Saturday night. Earlyish, around 6pm, she'll be co-hosting an ICOH event with their half-emporer Queen Ty at N and Out. After that she's doing the Board of Directors show with Kimberly O'Neil and the gang from ERICSS at Tony's Corner Pocket. She hopes you'll come out to cheer her on!
Speaking of cheering, everyone in America was tonight when Michael Phelps won his 8th Olympic gold of these games by inching out Milorad Cavic of Serbia.
The Serbs protested the win, but were shut out after the video was reviewed and the protest was thrown out. I mean, c'mon- it's an electronic touchpad, and Phelps touched it first! (Do you think Sharoniqua was Serbian?) When you watch the video it's clear that Milorad coasted in and Phelps swung his arm around to out-touch him by 1 second. Pretty exciting!
Oh, and by the way- Milorad was born in Anaheim, CA, raised in Tustin, CA, and lives in Islamorada, FL. So he's about as Serbian as Sharoniqua. 'Smatter, dude? Not good enough for the America team?
By the way, while the rest of us remained young and fabulous, when did Mark Spitz turn in to a grey haired old man?
While we're on the Olympics, what's up with synchronized diving and beach volleyball? When I was a kid we didn't watch synchronized diving, we watched synchronized swimming. (Remember Candi Kosti and Tracy Ruiz?) It looked way harder then just diving off a board at the same time, plus their little haridos were FABULOUS. And beach volleyball? That's not a sport, it's a reason to get drunk and sunburned. Just sayin'-
Flipping channels to Project Runway, the designers had to create a look for Brooke Shields to wear on her Bravo network drama Lipstick Jungle.
Miss G agrees with Nina that the loser's outfit looked "cheap"-
Unfortunately, she wasn't thrilled with Jerrell's winning look, either.
He should have left those sunglasses on the "Bluefly.com Accessory Wall". It kinda looks like that old Gilda Radner character "Rhonda Weiss and the Rhondettes" . Is anyone else out there old enough to remember that? At least he designed a "leatha" belt for his teammate Stella to make.
But the most exciting news is next week's challenge- the designers have to make an outfit for a DRAG QUEEN!!! How much fun is that?! Methinks Miss Ginger will have to have a little party and invite all her local fans over for a little viewing party. The concept is just to delicious to watch alone!
Miss G missed Shear Genius this week, because Miss Sonna erased it accidentally when she was taling care of Miss G's pussies. If anyone saw it, leave a comment and fill us in on what's happened!
Finally, here's a shout out to TFBOMGG reader str8upwithatwist who has landeda great new employment opportunity! Congrats and best of luck to ya! You'll be great!

That's what it's all about....integrity. "let them eat cake", the Serbs aren't that far advanced yet are they? Good luck with your fun weekend planned! :0) Sue
I think your blog is the only one I actually laugh out loud at......drunk and sunburned? ROFL. Well said. :)

Two corrections for you Miss G...
1) Michael Phelps didn't win his 8th Gold Medal of the 2008 Olympic Games until Saturday night.
2) Jerrell didn't win the PR challenge. Keith had the winning design.
xoxox
I stand corrected. Friends don't let friend blog drunk!
I do remember Keith's winning look and it was stunning-
And whether it's 7, 8 or a thousand- it's still a shitload and way more than Miss G could ever do!!!
Thanks for propping me up!
