The last witness called by a Continental Airlines flight attendant suing Lakewood Church's Victoria Osteen surprised both sides today by testifying that there was no assault and Osteen didn't yell during a confrontation over liquid spilled on her first-class seat.
Barbara Shedden, a passenger on the plane, said Osteen pointed at the flight attendant, Sharon Brown, but never touched her.
"I would have seen it," Shedden said.
"You can tell the jury that this never happened, can't you?" Osteen's attorney, Rusty Hardin said.
"Yes."
But wait!!!! That was Sharoniqua's witness!!!! Sharoniqua thought that her passenger Barbara would support her story. But Barbara told the jury that Sharoniqua never touched Victoria Osteen.
This woman is absolutely insane!! Not only does she concoct this ridiculous case, claim an absurb injury (hemorhoids), and fail to ask the jury for specific damages (10% of a number I can't quantify), she calls a witness to the stand who makes her look like the complete imbicile that she is!! I am truly amazed by the stupidity of some of the humans with whom we are forced to share our planet!
