- Miss Ginger Grant is a philanthropist, performer, and icon in the Houston, Texas community. And yes, she is a drag queen! Miss Ginger's mother, father, and oldest brother have all died after suffering coronary artery disease. Miss Ginger's doctor has told her she will have a stroke by age 50 if she doesn't lower her blood pressure. The 4 pills she's taking are not helping. Perhaps this blog... and the friends it makes... will help!
